To celebrate the 25th anniversary (1966-1991) of the introduction of decimal currency, Note Printing Australia (NPA, RBA) released 800 note sets in leather bound portfolios. The notes in this impressive set came from NPA's archives consisting of final print runs of ten shillings, one pound, five pounds and ten pounds notes together with first print runs of one dollar, two dollars, ten dollars and twenty dollar notes.
The serial number on each note is below 1000 and the last three digits match on each note. The numbers on the ten shilling and five pound match in full.
