2001 Centenary of Federation State Tribute Series 6 Coin Silver Set
During the 2001 Centenary of Federation celebrations, The Perth Mint released a silver holey dollar and dump pair at six Australian coin shows held throughout the year. In each state of issue, that State's badge was presented in colour on the reverse of the outer holey dollar while the state's floral emblem in full-colour is featured on the reverse of the medal dump.
Limited to an issue of 1500 full sets, the six 99.9% pure silver one dollar coins and medals are housed encapsulated in a distinctively shaped blue hinged-lid box coloured to represent a waving Australian Flag.
