This coin was released by the Perth Mint as part of the celebrations commemorating 50 years of Australian television. The reverse design represents an early television set displaying in lenticular format six icons of the small screen - Graham Kennedy Skippy Countdown Hey Hey It's Saturday Play School and the Movie Show. Limited to an issue of 10 000 individual coins each coin is housed encapsulated in a spiral-bound presentation booklet within a colour outer sleeve which is second quality, and is accompanied by a numbered certificate of authenticity. Coin has light toning and second quality outer cardboard packaging.
