The set is the first issue in a 3-year Dot & the Kangaroo Baby Set series. Few Australian children's stories have stood the test of time like Ethel pedley's Dot & the Kangaroo. First published in 1899 the story of loss nature and friendship has captured the imagination of children and adults for over a century.
Woven through the charming plot are the themes of family and environmental conservation as well as images of native flora and fauna vibrantly reproduced on the inner coin wallet and outer packaging.
